Day to day you\u2019ll take charge of the FOH team on site, taking a lead on customer service and coffee.<\/p><p><strong>Responsibilities include<\/strong><\/p><p>Opens, Closes and managing shifts<\/p><p>Set the standard for the rest of team, lead and train new members of staff.<\/p><p>Stock control and ordering<\/p><p>Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver the highest quality product and experience<\/p><p>Input into planning the FOH rota with the management team<\/p><p>Alternating working between our main site (mostly) and also our fancy satellite office site (around 500 yards from Small Goods HQ!).<\/p><p><strong>Key Info<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00b7 Weekday day time hours, shifts are a mix of 730\/2pm-3pm or 730\/430pm.<\/p><p>\u00b7 Hours are 35-40 per week usually over 5 days, with scope for occasional 4 days weeks.<\/p><p>\u00b7 Latest Coffee Machine and Grinders + the best coffee from local roasters Clifton Coffee.<\/p><p>\u00b7 Help shape a growing business<\/p><p>\u00b7 \u00a314.83 - \u00a315.44 p\/h + free coffee\/lunch\/doughnuts!
